We have ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 and I was just able to access the Manage Process List so I could add a stage to a process. I synced to our server and now it is not letting me access the Manage Process list from the Opportunity Tab or letting me Define Fields under the Tools tab. Any ideas?

Welcome to the ACT! Online Community. If you are in a remote database, these functions will not be available. These options are only accessible from the main (Publisher) database.
