Is there anyway to convert an opportunity list or anything else in ACT! for that matter (besides contacts) to print into an excel spreadsheet? Is there a way to make a master sales list out of it and be able to have the client name, account code, ammount of sale, the month of sale, etc?
What version of ACT! are you using? In newer versions, just click on the Opportunity List icon on the far left. You'll see an icon on the toolbar to export to Excel. Right mouse click anywhere in the Oppourtunity List to add and remove columns. Use some the Opportunity user fields to store the other fields you'd like to see in the spreadsheet.
The way you can get all of the infomation you want and then print to Excel woudl be to purchase a copy of Opportunity List from Durking. I am sure you will find it on the addons website www.actaddons.com as this allows you to add data from almost all parts of ACT to the opportunity list
