We have 4 users. All are administrators to the database. One user can't see all the information in certain contact's fields. This user can't see the email address or home phone number for several contacts. If you signon to ACT with another users info on this same machine you can see the email address and phone number populated. If you signon with this users ACT info on another workstation you still can't see the contact's information so I don't believe it is workstation specific. We are running ACT 2009 for Financial Professionals. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.
