I built a brand new PC for the VP and reinstalled Act! 2009 on the machine. VP is complaining that they cannot view newer Activities scheduled by our Sales team.
The new PC is a Intel Chipset with Windows XP x86
Has anyone experienced issues like this before?

Maybe check the Filter in Task List, Calendar, etc?
By default, it only shows for the current user.

I'm getting a little of this third-hand, but I'll include the information I've got
We've tried logging in the user on another PC, and on that PC she can see everything, so it's not the sales guy. We've tried creating a new note/activity and it's not showing up on the new PC. We connect to a database on our server.
I'm gonna check the database but I'm pretty sure we've been connecting to the right one. If it's not I'm going to be very disappointed in everyone including myself for missing this obvious error.
edit: It's already been tried. We're using the correct DB here.
