I'm using ACT Pro 2011 and Office 2010. 1 machine on Win XP and the rest on Win7.
We recently changed our email to Office 365 Exhange online.
The issue we now have is not being able to attach any emails to ACT.
I don't understand why this would be an issue as we're still using Outlook on each desktop, so presumably it's just the server that's changed?
Has anyone experienced this and found a fix for it?
