This is an intermittent issue we have been having since updating to Act! Premium 2010 version, currently updated through Hotfix 4.
When trying to copy and paste from a field (Address and Telephone Number seem to be the most common culprits) the entire contact name/address information is pasted instead of just the information from that field.
When trying to enter information into the Address field, the information instead is entered into the Contact Name, Salutation or Title field.
Once either of these issues occur, they keep occurring and the only way around them is to close and reopen Act, at which point we get the "Object reference not set" error. This happens multiple times during the course of a work day.
Any suggestions on how to fix this rather annoying issue?
