It has been a while since I've done an eMail merge using ACT (instead of Word and an Excel spreadsheet).
I also have eMailConnectPro as an add-in to ACT 2016.
I can find templates that end in ADT but I'm having a problem creating new templates. If I open an ADT template, edit it, then go to save, I don't see a format to select.
What am I overlooking?

I will be checking this, but as soon as I posted the question, I went on vacation.
At the very least, it certainly makes sense.
