I have had a re occuring issue only when our counter computers print an invoice. The error happens about 5-10 times a day and only occurs when we use the F10 key to print an invoice. It will immediatley log you out of daceasy. The error Code Reads.
Faulting Application: dea2010.exe
Faulting Module: Ntdll.dll
Fault Address: 0x0001168B
I have tried updating drivers for the epson printers, Installing Sage SR2 for Daceasy 2010, and calling tech support which they were unable to determine the issue. If anyone can please help it would be greatly appreciated.
