Notes won't display for one user in shared database

I'm running ACT! 2010 on a shared drive.  All of the users except one can view Notes that any user enters.  The Notes tab is there, but no notes are showing.  In Options, both Show Private and Show Preview are checked.  What am I missing?  It's only the Notes tab that has this issue. Thanks in advance for your help!

It's probably a question of your filters.  Makes sure the date range is set to All Dates and that they are showing All Users.

That did it!!  The filter was set to "Today."  Once I set it to "All Dates", voila!

Why are you using Notes when you should be using Histories ??
