Can anyone assist me with a perplexing issue. I am operating Act 2008 version 10 with Microsoft XP and as I enter notes into Act in the contact field the notes dissapear within several days.
Does anyone have an idea why or is there a setting I need to change.

If your not getting any error messages I doubt the notes are 'disappearing' more like 'hiding'
When you press on the Notes tab immediately below you have filters. Im wondering if you have a filter set to show you notes from 'Last Week' perhaps?
Dates = All dates
Select Users = All Users
Also, Try doing View -> Refresh
Please let me know if this works.
