Notes reporting

Hi, I want to be able to print off the opportunity notes I have added across all customers on my record perhaps selected by a date range.

Can't see how to do it.

Anyone know?

I am using ACT pro and windows 7.

thanks Paul

Re: Notes reporting

Hi All,

Thanks for the info.

It is a pity Act cannot do this I thought it should have been able to out of the box.

Re: Notes reporting

Hi Paul,

The report designer included in Act cannot access notes on opportunities. This would require a 3rd party reporting tool like Durkin Impact Report Designer.

Re: Notes reporting

As Gary indicated, opportunity note, history or activities can;t be accessed by the ACT! reports. I've created report templates with the Durkin Impact Reports that did access the opportunity notes and history.

Re: Notes reporting

It is a sad fact that since ACT 2010 you cannot report  on notes, activity or history associated with opportunities using the ACT reporting functions. It has often been a top request for having this feature added back but no response so far.

I can endorse Roy's ability to produce very good reports via Durkin add on but of course this adds costs.
