Notes not wrapping text in version 17.1 on Surface Book

I can't seem to get the notes to wrap the text in the Notes Section.  I have Version 17.1 and a new Surface Book.  I have tried to move the vertical column in towards the left, but that does nothing.  Anyone have a fix for this.  If not, this is an additional problem with the new laptops and displays.  ACT really needs to address the DPI issues, the small icons, this word wrapping, they're probably all related...
