We use Notes/History report. Since upgrading from Act! 8 to Act! 11 when I use the Notes/History report no information entered before the upgrade appears in the report and no contact file which has not been modified after the upgrade appears at all. This is a real pain. Any ideas? I have been in to look at the template and it looks like it should pick up histories but it is not recognising anything created in our previous version. Help.
From what I know of the reports, that can't be a report problem but must be a database problem. Try doing database maintenance, both from within the ACT! program and from ACTdiag, and see if that helps.
