I just installed ACT 17 Pro and am using Outlook 2010.
Contacts transferred from Outlook to ACT just fine last week.
Today, I added contacts within Outlook from the same company by using the copy/paste then chose "add new contact". I then went in and changed the name, email, phone, etc. Company name and address usually were the same.
In Outlook, these new contacts appear as normal. However, after multiple syncs, restarting computer, etc. only one of the contacts from each company show up in ACT.
Any thoughts? THANKS!

If I type everything fresh, it works fine. I was trying to save time by not re-typing everything.
I am using the sync function within ACT.
Not remote, on same computer.
Duplicate company names are allowed and work fine if typed in separately. That's what is so frustrating
