Not all Calendars Syncing

I have one main act database and two remote databases syncing with it.

However, One of the remote databases is syncing it's 'meetings' and calendar entries with the main database but these are not updating on the other RDB when that one syncs with the main database. I would like all three databases to have identical calendar entries as they are for interviews etc.

Each RDB runs off the same syncset.

Hope someone can help!

Thanks

Re: Not all Calendars Syncing

One common setting that is overlooked is the 'Select Users' option.  In the RDB that doesn't show the items, on the calendar views, make sure that the 'Select Users' option is set to 'All Users'.

See if that could be the issue...

Re: Not all Calendars Syncing

As a start - try running the Check and Repair option in all 3 databases, found under Tools > Database Maintenance > Check and Repair.

- Which version of Act! are you running?

- Are you using the same username to enter the 3 databases?

- You mention that 'one' RDB syncs it's meetings, but they don't get to the 'other' RDB.  If you create an activity in the 'other' RDB will it sync to the main database correctly?  and then to the 'one' RDB?

Thanks for the reply

It is three different usernames
Melanie - Main Database (administrator)
Rachel - RDB 1 (administrator) full permissions
Jenny - RDB 2 (administrator) full permissions

If Rachel adds a meeting or calendar entry it syncs and appears on the main DB. If Jenny syncs with the main DB, Rachel's calendar entries don't appear on Jenny's whereas i would like everyone's to.

So if Rachel or Jenny create a meeting it updates the main DB and also the two RDB's. That's what we would like to happen. All details and changes sync together.

The reason for the full admin privileges is that it's only a small department of 3 so I don't mind them all having full access.

Thanks again.
