Not able to upload data in Act 9.0

Not able to upload data in Act 9.0

I am trying to import as .csv file in act 9.0, after completing the file it just shows 2 records. I forgot some setting in tool option from where i can import all the records.

 

I would really appriciate if someone can help me out in that.

Turn off duplicate checking - Tools > Preferences > General Tab > Duplicate Checking.
