Not Connecting to Server

I recently bought a domain with and am trying to set the email address up with ACT email. I have talked with support and they say it should work with ACT. When on email set up I copy and past the "smtp" code for outgoing then do same for "pop" along with email and password. I try test connection and it doesnt work. Does anyone know what to do since there are no other options in ACT?


The server I am using works but ACT wont connect to it. What is the deal here? Any help is much appreciated.

Try sending ane recieving E-mails anyway it may still work.


Ask goDaddy what ports they use for SMTP and POP. ACT! will only work with 25 and 110.
