Northwoods Plugin Error

[ Edited ]

NorthwoodsPlugin AfterLogon

Unable to find registry entry for Mail Merge path.

I'm receving this error everytime I open ACT! I believe I accidently deleted the plugin, I'm wondering what it affects and whether or not I need to try and get it back.

Re: Northwoods Plugin Error

I would try and do a reinstall and this should restore the entry to the registry plus any other pieces you might have deleted would be the first thing I would try

Re: Northwoods Plugin Error

Do you mean a full reinstall of ACT! or just the plugin? I'm honestly not sure where the plugin is from or what it controls. If it's not important then I won't bother fixing it.

Re: Northwoods Plugin Error

I know this is an old thread but I had the same issue.

I finally got a response from Northwoods...here is the solution:

1) Close ACT

2) Use Windows Explorer to go to the ACT folder in Program Files

3) Open Plugins folder

4) Delete NorthwoodsPlugin.dll
