I have Sage ACT! Pro 2011 Version 13.0.401.0, Hot Fix 2. Windows 7, syncing with our database at the office daily
I don't have tabs at the bottom of my Detail View Opportunity page. Others in the office have this.
I read other posts. I tried to resize the layout to find it. I also put my cursor at the bottom to see if it had been resized. I can't find anything. I tried Tools>Design Layout>Opportunity but the circle just spins with no box popping up. I don't know at what level I'm set up.
Also, my manage product list button is grayed out.

Check the DPI setting of your monitor. It needs to be set to 100%, nothing larger.

Thanks Michael. That didn't do it for me. I see the tabs on contacts detail view. Mine appears to be set up like the other computers in the office except the tabs at the bottom of the Opportunities Detail view are missing. I can get on the admin computer in another office to type the opportunity info in. I would really like to access it from my computer.
I'm wondering if I'll have to reinstall the software. I don't realy want to do that either.
