When I send an email from the contact page it does not appear in the history, Meeting and to do's are recorded but not an e-amil. Also any letter I write using the Write Letter tool bar shortcut or drop down do not record.
Also I have setup sync for both contacts and calandar. It is scheduled for every 24 hours at 8:00 am. It does not occure on schedule.

For the email history not recording, I'd recommend taking a look at the following knowledgebase article:
When writing letters, the history does not record until after you print it, if you are not receiving a prompt to do so, see the following knowledgebase article:
For the synchronization not occurring, check the Processes tab in the task manager to see if Sage.Act.Integration.exe is running.
