Just need some clarification from SAGE folks on these forums.

 

If I post a message here, and there are 26 views and no responses, does that mean that no one wants to tackle the issue?  Maybe there is no answer?

 

Once I have tried this, is there support available other than the knowledge base? (other than paying $99 per incident)

 

Seems like ACT and Outlook should work together.  At least SAGE says they do.  If I can't find the answer, and can't get them to work together is that just "my problem" and I am stuck with it?

 

Yes, I'm getting frustrated.

This is a peer to peer forum and it's not officially supported by Sage.

 

When you don't include things like version information there's no use trying to answer a posting.

Thanks for the explanation.

 

I'll go edit the messages to include the version number.  Anything else that would be helpful to include?
