We just upgraded from act 2008 and peachtree 2008 to act 2011 and peachtree 2011.
i removed the act link 2008 driver, reinstalled the actlink 2011 driver, rebuilt the act database, unlinked and relinked the contacts and there is still no peachtree tab. Please help.

If I read this correctly - it sounds like the interface is available for linking contacts (the Toolbar option is available) but the tab that would display the Peachtree information is missing.
- To ensure the layout itself isn't damaged, try changing the layout selected.
- Try opening a different database and test (ex: demo or create new db).
- If it works correctly in the different database, what steps have you taken to 'rebuild' your database?

Since the Peachtree Link for ACT! is primarily supported by Peachtree, you may also want to post this issue in the Sage Peachtree Online Community for additional assistance.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

sorry, both of my earlier post were through IE9.
Is this an ACTProblem or Peachtree problem? I foolowed the ACT-Peachtree link guide. Impoerted the custmer data from Peachtree and they are now linked. The Guide states as,
Account balances, transactions, and other financial information appear for linked records only.
To view a contact's accounting data in ACT!
Open a contact record in ACT!, and then click the Peachtree tab.
But the promised tab does not appear in the tab list.
In my opinion it is not worth posting this question in Peachtree forum!
