ACT 9 Dialer does not open History Dialog
Record History dialog box does not appear using dialer
I have a user who just installed (and updated) ACT 9. We setup the dialer and it works fine. He even uses the timer. Hoiwever, at the end of the call a Histroy dialog does not pop up. Therefore, this call is not recorded in history.
Is this a preference setting that we need to set? It has been so long since I set up my system, I forget.
