No From Email Address in outgoing Outlook emails when sent via ACT 10

No From Email Address in outgoing Outlook emails when sent via ACT 10

Tried to search the forum for an answer on this. When I click the icon in an ACT 10 record to send an email through Outlook it sends with no From: email address. This appears to be causing many emails to be sent to spam filters. How do you change this?

Do you have multiple email accounts setup in Outlook?  This is a limitation from Outlook if you do.  By default it will be blank, but it will send out from your default email account setup in Outlook.
