Problems with Excel
Shared server database
We recently bought the add-on Excel-Quote-Invoice-Maker (I) and when we create an invoice (in Excel), the country code is not being displayed in front of the phone number (Even though it is displayed in the contact detail screen).
I already read that the country code is not part of the actual phone number and that this is the reason that it will not be displayed.
But the strange thing is that the country code is being displayed when we create the invoice in Word.
For our company it is really important that the country codes are on our invoices made in Excel, otherwise the whole add-on is useless to us and it will be better to use Word
Does anyone have an idea why it does work in Word, but not in Excel and how to fix this?

This may be a limitation of the add-on itself. The only way to export the country code on its own out of the database is to Export the contacts to a text-delimited file. See the following Knowledgebase article for reference:
I would recommend contacting Exponenciel (the vendor of the add-on) to see if there's a way to get the add-on to do this for you.
