I am using ACT! for Real Estate Version 10.0.2.191x52 (2008).
I am trying to follow the instructions in KB article 19184, "How to Automatically Synchronize Your ACT! and Microsoft® Outlook® Calendars"
The first two instructions are :
However, when I click on Tools, I do not have an ACT! Scheduler option. According to the article, this feature was introduced in the 2007 (9.0) versions of ACT!.
Do I have a problem with my installation? How do I get the Scheduler? Manually updating Outlook every time I add a task or appointment in ACT! is a royal pain....
