1. I have several groups set up in Outlook where I type in one email address and it emails to all the members of that group. Is that possible?
2. If yes can it save in the history a record of that in the notes portion of each individual contact?

1. You would have to use the ACT! Email client instead of direct integration with Outlook. You would also need to setup a Group in ACT!. So when sending a new message, you would click to "To" button in the new message screen and you will have the option send to a Group. If you do not want to use the ACT! Email client, then you just lookup the contacts, highlight them and choose to Write Email Message.
2.If doing this from Outlook, history will attach to all the recipients who have a matching email address in your ACT! database.
