We have 2 employees with 2 desktops each running there own version of ACT 2008 V10 - The problem we have is that due to the fact that each computer has there own version of ACT - Both computers never have the same information at the same time and it is creating a ton of inefficiency and second guessing etc.
How can we have each desktop share and see the same infomration in real time? For example - employee number 1 gets a new sales call and builds a new contact record - employee number 2 is transfered the call and sees the contact record and all the information employee number 1 just entered on that contact record from there computer in real time on there version of ACT -
The next question we have is how can we see whats going on in the office while we are traveling - Lets say I have a laptop and want to get a real time update of our database - how can we do that as well -
