Being a new user to Act! 16 I've managed to find the answers to most of my questions but one so far has defeated me.
Whenever I launch a new document using Word, for instance to edit a template, Act! always stays to the foreground so I have to click on the Word icon down on the task bar to bring it to the front. Is this intentional behaviour? If so, is it possible to let Word grab the focus?
This only seems to happen when launching word to create a new document or edit a template, if I double click on a document in the Documents tab this will come to the foreground as I would expect.
