I am new to a company that currently has the use of Act Professional 2011. They however don't think they are using Act to it's full potential. They have asked me to have a look and see if I can make more use of Act. All it is currently used for is storing contact information of companys we do work for and a schedule of where our engineers are booked to work.
Being new to Act and the company I am a little over awed at what is possible with Act. I believe I can link the schedule to an Outlook mailbox so everybody with access to the mailbox calendar will be able to view a syncyed version of the Act schedule.
Can anybody outline the main capibilities of Act that we are not utilising?
Thanks for your help.
