New pc, new installation, new database, all updates... still crash on customize contact toolbar.

In Act! 2010 there is a known issue when using the Customize command you will be taken to a different screen. Try making the customization before switching through several screen views. Open the database > go to the Contact view > attempt to make the customization.
When it crashes, is the program actually failing and closing or does it continue to run? Is there a specific error that is presented? Have you tried running the program 'as administrator' (right click on Act! icon > select 'Run As Administrator')?

When it crash. I get the error: act encountered a error and must close. But it can continue to work. But I usualy close it.
Run as administrator don't seem to actualy start the program.
