I have run into a new error which will not let me setup Outlook 2010 in Act2013. The error is:
We have identified that you have installed Microsoft Outlook as an email system. If you have already created a Microsoft Outlook profile we can try to correct the problem...
It does not correct the problem.
A little background...I originally set up Act 2013 in Windows 8 w/o doing any preferences. I further complicated my problem by installing the 60 day trial Office 2013 Pro Plus. Of course Act did not recognize Office 2013. I decided to uninstall Office 2013 and Act 2013, and then reinstalled Outlook and Office 2010, then I reinstalled Act2013. First after encountering the above error I did a repair of Outlook 2010. This time it did not work. Do I need to reinstall Windows 8 and start over?
