I am in outside sales and just recently purchased Act! 2009 to make my life easier. I now have a ton of leads entered in and tasks scheduled, but need to be able to see my tasks complete with address & the regarding line so I can put it in some kind of order. I have figured out how to get one or the other but not both together. I really need to be able to sort it by businesses close to each other but still know why I'm going there. Any help is greatly appreciated!
