I'm a relatively new user to ACT and so far have managed to bumble my way around and create some new reports. My boss wants to know how many calls each user has made within a certain time period. The only record I can see for when someone has made a call is when they've completed the activity, and it puts the 'Call Completed' in the History tab. I can't see how I can create a report for this.......HELP!!!

Thanks for this - does this report only show the completed calls? When I view the report, it just says type 'Call'. Also, do you know an easy way to then refine it down by one of the custom fields I've added?
