New Contact option

My computer virused, so it had to be reformatted and reloaded. I forget how to tell ACT 2009 how to ask if I want to set an appointment each time I add a new contact. Can anyone remind me?  Thank you

Hello KeithField,

Welcome to the ACT! Online Community. To prompt to schedule an activity when a new contact is created:

 

- Go to Tools/Preferences from the main menu

- Click the Calendar & Scheduling tab

- Click the Scheduling Preferences button

- Check the box for "Prompt to schedule an activity when a new contact is created"
