New Activity Type (completed) not synchronising properly

I have created some new activity types so that I can run crystal reports on the history they create. Unfortunately, the history ID name filed uses the Result entry. This all works fine in the main copy. When I synchronise, I get the new activity types available, but when I clear the activity, I do not get the new results options.

 

Any ideas?

Hello,

 

Which version of ACT! are you using?  Try adding a new result on the server, schedule/clear the activity with the new result and then sync the remote to see if it will refresh the results for the new activity type.
