We are a small sales office and are considering an upgrade to ACT! 11from ACT! 6.0. Our office presently has 2 Sales People with laptops and 1 support person with a desktop. We also have 1 computer with XP pro used as a file server. We would like to have access to the complete sales database but only have each salesperson DB on our laptops. The desktop and laptops have XP Home.
Any suggestions or references would be greatly appreciated.

With XP Home you may have some issues so I would suggest you contact your local ACT Consltant as they should be able to assist with the setup as it is completly different to version 6. Plus be able to convert your database.
I would recommend you have a min of 2Gb or RAM on each machine if you want the best result.
