Needing help reestablishing Syncing - New Computer, Reinstalled MS Server 2003, Reinstalled ACT! Premium 2008

Needing help reestablishing Syncing - New Computer, Reinstalled MS Server 2003, Reinstalled ACT! Premium 2008

Not sure who to ask or where to go for help.

Computer motherboard died.

Bought new computer

Reinstalled MS Server 2003 R2

Reinstalled and upgraded ACT!  Premium 2008  - Running Version  10.0.3.182, Hotfix 1

 

The primary DB was on this computer

     - Another Computer was tied directly to the DB

     - A few people VPN'd in to primary DB

     - about 4 others had remote DB on their laptop and synced with the Primary DB.

 

 

Hoping there is a way to reestablish connections

Already loaded Primary DB on new computer it seems to be working fine

Wondering how to move forward and what issues I will need to consider?
