I have been importing our product numbers (SKUs) into ACT along with our Products Names and Prices. ACT 2013 only gives me the option to view Product Name within the List View of my opportunities. Is there any way to make Item # the primary field in my product catalog, or even just bring it to the List view so I can filter by Item #?
Any help someone can give will be greatly appreciated!!
I am using a sharded database housed on our local server. I am on Windows 7.

Good morning cduckscie and welcome to the ACT community forum.
I can't speak for ACT 2013, but I can tell you that Item# is a viewable option in V17 (2015) under customizing column view.
