Need help with calander problem

I am having a problem with the Act! 2009 calander and wondering if any of you can help.



Schedule appointment with client on my calander.

Next day, I only see myself on the calander and not my client.  In order to see who the meeting is with, I have to go into each appointment and delete myself.

Next day it starts all over.


I know the appointment is with me so all I want to ever see is who else is in the meeting/call etc.

Do you sync your ACT! calendar with another application?  That will be the only thing that could add your record to the activity.

this is an issue for many users, it occurs when you synch with outlook (copy calendar even) - it always ADDS you (your MY RECORD) to an activity


Frustratingly only workaround seems to be after every outlook synch to go in and delete yourself from the activity


I Hope, Wish, Pray someone at SAGE can see how crazy this is and can provide a solution!
