I try to install ACT! 2013 Hot fix 1 & 2 AND SP1 Hot Fix 1, 2 and 3.
Seems to be done as I got no error messages but when I try to run ACT! I get an warning window saying that "My trial version has expired."
Well, I don't think so as an ACT! user in last 15 years.
Last upgrade was done on May, 2013.
Would you please what I need to do to go back to work with ACT!, please.

Hello David,
Thank you for your support.
I followed your instructions.
Before that ACT! was loading main windows and stopped to ask for registration.
Now in load main window with not in there...White windows and seems to stop responding...
What´s next?

They are not my instructions but a KB article which I gave you a link to.
Sorry it didn't work. You need to contact your local Act! Consultant.

I was already considering upgrade to version 16 and I have already contacted an ACT! Consultant to make it happen.
