I have just installed a new server with a new domain.
I have a new login, now that I am logging on to a new domain (myco.local)
I have backed up the Act 2008 database to a Public folder while using my old login.
The Backup was not password protected when created.
I start Act while logged in with my myco.local login.
I start the Restore function and navigate to the Public Folder.
When I select the backup file it stops and tell me I do not have Rights or Permission to open the file.
I am an Administrator with both logins (old and new)
The Server OS is 2008 R2, Desktop is Vista Business SP2.
What do I need to do to get this file restored???
