How do you schedule an appointment for two users at the same time? My wife and I are the only users and if she schedules an appointment, it only shows up on my calendar. The drop down box lists both of us but can only click on one of us. We are on a wired two person network. My computer is server and hers is the workstation. What we are trying to do is this. Suppose we both want to meet with the client. How do we schedule this so the appointment shows up on her calendar as well as mine. Any help would be appreciated.

In order for the activity to show on both calendars, the other user (the one not Scheduled For) would have to be added as an additonal contact for the Activity.
