We have converted from GoldMine and are missing a major feature. In Goldmine, we were able to set alerts when anyone in the office opened a company/contact that was a collection problem. The alert required the user to acknowledge the message. We never scheduled or provided phone service to those customers by mistake.
Is there a feature similar in Act? I have searched for "Alerts" and "Warnings" without success. Right now I am going to put *%%&!!* in the company name (A Dagwood curse!)
