As I haved written before on this board (that being the only way I can request help), on Monday, under the old Act Mobile, everythiung was fine.
Starting Tuesday, it no longer works. When I try to sync my Act database with Sage's server, all works well up to record 212 (out of 1,000), when, after repeated attempt so sync that record, all stops and I get a message saying that Sage's server interupted the sync.
This clearly is not my fault. I want and expect Sage to help me. Instead, all I get is responses from another contributor to this boarrd saying that Sage's product sucks and that I should instead purchase another product. That is of no help, of course.
I therefore desparately need and expect a response from Sage telling me how to fix the problem. This complete silence is unacceptable.
