I have a duplicate "My Record" in my database. It is an old address from our previous location. I would like to delete it but the Delete Contact button is dimmed. In the Contact List window, there is a little guy with a key on the far left. How can I delete this record??
When I lookup "My Record", Act returns the correct record, as evidenced by the correct address. Looking at the number of contacts returned, it shows 1 of 1. So I'm still not sure why this duplicate record cannot be deleted. It does not appear to be the active "My Record". Any other ideas??
