My Outlook Account Has 2 Emails - Syncing ACT Results In Errors

My Outlook email has two accounts (ex HH@abc.com and BB@abc.com). I am trying to sync ACT 2012! Pro with one of my emails (even both) but when I try to do a sync it does not work. Why is that? 

I do know how to sync as I have done it with 4 other computers. I just need to know why it is not syncing and what I can do to fix it.

Could you post more detail on the errors you are receiving?

Yes, when I click OK to get it to sync it acts like it is going to sync but then it takes 4 days and nothing loads and the progress bar has no progress. I have tried four times now and each time this event occurs.

I am only familiar with the built-in Outlook synchronization in Act! 2012 Pro using the "Synchronize with Outlook" option from the Tools menu.  Which product are you using for your sync operations?

I am using the sync option from the tools menu in ACT 2012. It is the one that is only available in ACT 2012 Pro. The one you are speaking of.

Do your sync preferences indicate that you are syncing with the right database?

Yes, the right database is selected. As well as the syncing options, such as calendar and contacts.
