My Outlook email has two accounts (ex HH@abc.com and BB@abc.com). I am trying to sync ACT 2012! Pro with one of my emails (even both) but when I try to do a sync it does not work. Why is that?
I do know how to sync as I have done it with 4 other computers. I just need to know why it is not syncing and what I can do to fix it.

Yes, when I click OK to get it to sync it acts like it is going to sync but then it takes 4 days and nothing loads and the progress bar has no progress. I have tried four times now and each time this event occurs.

I am only familiar with the built-in Outlook synchronization in Act! 2012 Pro using the "Synchronize with Outlook" option from the Tools menu. Which product are you using for your sync operations?

I am using the sync option from the tools menu in ACT 2012. It is the one that is only available in ACT 2012 Pro. The one you are speaking of.
