Curious if you found a solution to this. Last week we started having a similar problem, the wizard opens and says it is exporting but none of the contacts are exported when the wizard finishes.

Frankly, I just updated to 2008. Have a partner that just got ACT 2008 and we wanted to sync our databases. I had to be the same versioin, so the problem went away.
