No, not until about an hour ago. I did download it. Copied the directions. The only thing is that I had to re-register all over again. I was not prepared and had to call customer service because I couldn't find my serial number etc.
It is now up and running. I have customized my preferences, so I will see if this works. In the past, it would go for weeks and suddenly I would have to reload them.
