I have a client who has been getting multiple alarm windows for v17 and still v18 with no solution.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.

It's only been reported on one client's database and mine but never seen on an Act! Demo database.

So the issue doesn't occur on a new database created on the same machine?

I have a script that database services wrote for one of my clients. It may fix your issue. We didn't have the popup issue you are having but we had a lot of activities that didn't get cleared properly. I suspect that they are related to the same issue. I'd be happy to send it to you but you are on your own if you decide to run it. I don't think it would break anything but I can't say for sure. I haven't really spent the time it would take to analyze it and see what they really did in the database. It did fix my client's issues though.
